He spent his childhood in Houston, Las Vegas and Naples Florida as a very active kid excelling in baseball, football and basketball. He learned the importance of discipline, team work, failure and success through athletics as a kid. His dad was his coach and mentor, and his mom taught him the value of loving what you do while remaining passionate about learning. His passion and drive for helping others became evident while attending Auburn University where an accumulation of injuries and trauma derailed his dreams of playing college baseball. As one door closes, another door opens. On the road to recovery, he discovered the miracles of chiropractic care. It was during this life change that he learned his true calling to become a Doctor of Chiropractic. He has spent the last 25 years seeking knowledge on how to help patients heal through natural healthcare. He has advanced training in sports chiropractic and in personal injury care that has allowed for him to treat MLS soccer players, NFL Football players, NBA Basketball players, NFL Cheerleaders, and many collegiate and high school athletes of all levels. However, primarily his everyday patients are moms, dads, elderly and children. He’s treated patients from the first day of life to 99 years of age.
At the start of the practice his focus was primarily on Chiropractic care and functional rehab to help restore health to people of all walks of life. It was there he created a relationship in the healthcare industry with well known health clubs such as: 24 Hour Fitness, Fitness 19, Anytime Fitness, and Lifetime Fitness. Dr. Fox served as the official chiropractor for these organizations and saw a great need for weekend warriors and everyday people to benefit greatly from his care. From pain to purpose Dr. Fox realized in 2011 that it was time to transition his model into the current integrated model when two events changed the course of his life. When Dr. Derek Fox, DC was 40 years old, he developed a case of adult chicken pox. Which turned out to be pretty severe and set off a host of gut related issues such as weight loss, anxiety, food sensitivities, skin disorders and pain that led him to functional medicine. Then later that year, while on vacation, he suffered a trauma to his cervical spine which led him to regenerative medicine as a way of healing. The success he experienced from regenerative medicine led to expanding the clinic and bringing on highly skilled medical professionals. These services include: functional medicine, class IV lasers, TRT Softwave therapy, Sanexaas Cell signaling therapy, spinal decompression, physical medicine and rehabilitation and chiropractic care. Dr. Derek B. Fox, DC,BCN has found this whole body holistic model, from his life experiences. He likes to say from “Pain to Purpose” is how he has reached the blessings that he enjoys today.
He believes that the cause is the cure when it comes to maximizing your health.Based on current literature, 5% or less of disease states are truly gene related, which means that with the proper combination of lifestyle modification and healthcare, his patients have the ability to live a vibrant, disease free, and healthy life. He believes his success in achieving such great outcomes and restoring patient’s health is from his compassionate communication and care along with a deep educational background and continuing education. He has completed over 100 hours of Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician training and 100 hours of Personal injury training through the Personal Injury Institute and the Academy of Chiropractic. Additionally, he graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. He has had additional training in Peripheral Neuropathy, Dry Needling, Spider Taping/Rock Taping, Class IV laser, Sports Science Labs Advanced Footwork training, and True Cellular Detox certified practitioner.

Dr. Audrey Fox, DC plays an integral executive role helping to manage the direction of Fox Integrated Healthcare while juggling family with the Fox’s 3 kids and family dog, Taylor, Britain and Jordyn! They truly exhibit the Colorado lifestyle by the kids involvement with high level competitive sports like Soccer, Baseball, Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, skiing and hiking! He enjoys balancing work and play, as he enjoys coaching, hiking and skiing with his family.
